There Are Two Ways To Contact: By Email And By Phone:
Complete the info below and we will contact you within 12 hours, if not before. Please note that you must know the account Security PIN to make any changes.
- You can do so, by following the link that is in order to contact Customer service by email.
- You will see an online application form. Fill out the form with your information.
- Enter in your first name.
- You have to provide your last name.
- Enter in your phone
- Type a valid email address.
- Click the down arrow and select the best way to contact.
- Choose the best time to contact from drop down.
- Click the down arrow to choose preferred language.
- Enter in your boost number. Double check your number.
- Type your account PIN.
- Add question/comments in the specified box.
- Hit on “Submit” button.

- General Support: To get general support, you can call at 1-866-402-7366 and talk to a representative.

- Account Balance And Next Payment Date:
Dial 233 or Text BAL to 7225 and get information about account balance and next payment date.
- For Direct Payment By Phone:
Dial 233 or Text ADD to 7225 and make direct payment by phone.
- Add Funds To Your Account:
Use your registered debit/credit card to add funds to your account. Type “PAY” give space enter amount you would like to add, give space and type last four digits of your registered credit/debit card. Send it to 7225.
- To access Care Services:
Dial 611, if you have an Android device.
You will be able to manage your account with a click. Login and manage all services and plans. All you need to do is enter your Boost Mobile phone number and your account PIN in order to sing in.
Once you have logged in you can: Change your price plan, view payment date, add money to your account, view your account balance, take out or add features, make one-time payments.
Change Your Account PIN:
- If you are using automated phone system, you will be able to get your account PIN sent to your phone via a text message.
- To do so, all you need it to Dial 611 from your Boost Mobile phone.
- Enter your account PIN. Type any wrong PIN.
- Enter the wrong PIN again.
- The automated phone system will automatically send the correct PIN to your handset.
Reset your voicemail password: sign in to your account and follow the on-screen prompts to reset password or change your account.
